Pablo González is a former NCAA Division I soccer player and current professional in New Zealand’s top league, with over five years of firsthand experience navigating the U.S. collegiate system. As the founder of GSX – Global Sports Experience, he has successfully placed more than 50 players in NCAA Division I programs, specializing in elite opportunities across Europe and Oceania for highly competitive international talent.

In GSX, Pablo leads the strategic planning for each athlete’s athletic and academic journey, coordinating the team and university partnerships to ensure seamless connections with programs that maximize their potential.

Antonia Henao is a senior NCAA Division I student-athlete and international player from Colombia, bringing direct insight into the academic, athletic, and personal challenges of the recruitment process. At GSX – Global Sports Experience, she leverages her deep understanding of the U.S. university landscape and strong ties to Latin American families.

In GSX, Antonia specializes in projects from South America and North America, while also engaging the European market to develop mid- and long-term plans, guiding students and families through evaluations, requirements, and key steps for clear, sustainable decisions.

Natalia González, originally from Mexico, competed in Mexico’s Primera División and later in NCAA Division I and II, giving her a precise grasp of varying competitive levels. Now playing in the MASLW, she pairs her athletic career with a robust legal background, offering meticulous attention to contractual and administrative details in the collegiate pathway.

In GSX, Natalia focuses on initiatives from Central America and North America, collaborating across the European market; her goal is to match athletes with programs balancing top-tier athletic demands, academic stability, and secure processes, providing clear, realistic guidance at every stage.
